In our Advanced Manufacturing Group, our team elevates our clients by delivering cost-effective and transformative projects to the electric vehicle, data center, consumer goods and products, metals, pulp and paper and various other markets. We’re currently seeking a
Digital Delivery Program Manager
who will work together with the Project Delivery teams and the Manager(s) of Engineering to help guide the development and execution of systems and work processes across all disciplines and projects. This will include being the central point of contact for Data Center software including Revit and Civil 3D within the Data Center business unit as well as coordinating connections with business units outside of Data Centers within our Advanced Manufacturing Market including the Advanced Facilities Market. This will include developing people, processes, technology and tools that will continuously improve discipline performance, deliverable quality, and user expertise.
As the Digital Delivery Program Manager, you’ll contribute to our continued growth and success in the following areas
Proposals & Industry Knowledge
Consult in preliminary bidding and business development to give input and understand the applications/tools required for various clients and programs. Keep up with new technology and industry trends. Participate in departmental strategic planning for Data Centers
Staff, Development, Training, & Learnings
Manage and continue to build a team of project leads and coordinators to execute on programs Manage/mentor project discipline leads Support and mentor members of the Digital Delivery Data Center Goup. Plan and schedule of all necessary training needs for the different disciplines within Data Centers. Create, manage and execute Data Center market standard operating procedures and processes to improve engineering and workflows. Drive cost reductions through innovative application implementations. Learn the Jacobs way, provide feedback and execute successfully on projects
Design Execution
Lead the digital delivery of large scale Data Center programs. Work with clients and teams to develop BIM Execution Plans, Digital Workflows and Automation Processes for projects Lead Model creation in Revit and Civil 3D for discipline teams Lead Digital Delivery Kick Off Meetings for Design teams to communicate standards, workflows and processes Initiate the CDE and manage digital platforms for programs and projects. Run clash coordination on Programs and Projects using Navisworks and Revizto Train Discipline leads on best practices in Revit, Civil 3D Manage budgets and work projections Manage Bim coordinators on several Data Center Programs and projects Be responsible for the overall digital execution of projectson the programs assigned

Here's what you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Science At least 15 years of industry experience as a BIM coordinator, BIM Management, VDC Engineer or other applicable role Works well in a fast paced collaborative environment Expertise in Autodesk and Revit
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Experience with Civil 3D Experience with Dynamo, C#, Python or other programming language

The base salary range for this position is $117,200.00 to $153,900.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
