US Region Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE)
The mission of the US Region Commercial Operations Team is to enable commercial strategy and drive profitable sales growth by exceeding customer needs and improving customer experience in the areas of contracting, sales operations, business analytics and operational excellence.
This will be accomplished by standardizing, automating and integrating as one company, by driving data integrity and remaining agile to the evolving needs of customers and clients Go-to-Market corporate and BU strategies.

Accountabilities And Essential Responsibilities In This Role
This position works within a team of peers providing detailed analysis, accurate data and excellent customer service. This position is responsible for collaborating and aligning with various cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes. The analyst is expected to obtain product knowledge, system knowledge and asset analysis.
Essential Responsibilities
- Reconcile highly complex customer transactions
- Identifying root causes by analyzing data for the purpose of resolving issues
- Coordinate with necessary cross-functional teams to ensure all corrections are executed and accurately reflected in the system
- Driving improvement with the goal of enhancing the customer experience
- Maintaining up-to-date and current knowledge of product offerings, applicable policies and processes
- Provide pre and post-execution support for strategic health systems
- Aim to protect client interests (margin, risk, policy, etc.), escalating as needed to all levels of management cross-functionally
- Sales force case management
- Validate and document monthly Roll Up Bills (back bills)
- Provides input involving process improvement initiatives
- Maintains high standards of professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be adaptable and accountable - able to switch gears and reprioritize
- BA/BS required (in lieu of a Bachelors Degree, minimum five years business experience)
- Proficient in Excel (V-lookups, conditional formatting)
- Experience in SAP and Sales force a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills as well as ability to think critically
- General understanding of commercial contract management
