Experienced Financial Advisor Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Advisor to join a very well-established, purpose-driven financial planning practice. This is a rare, salaried opportunity to work alongside a successful advisor, gain exposure to high-net-worth clients, and grow within a firm that values mentorship, professional development, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sr. Advisor to deliver high-impact, values-based financial planning
• Help craft and execute personalized strategies for High-Net-Worth clients
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial planning analyses and investment recommendations
• Join client meetings, drive follow-up, and ensure implementation of planning strategies
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and innovation within the practice

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
• Active FINRA Registration Series 7
• Active FINRA Registration Series 66 or Series 63 and 65 licenses
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients
• CFP designation or on the path to certification strongly preferred
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Passion for financial planning and delivering exceptional client service
