About The Role
As a Billing Analyst at XiFin you will be part of a high-performing team of with Customer Account Managers and Customer Service team members reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, RCM. In this role, youll play a critical part in reviewing data trends and generating reports that support the customer experience along with working cross-functionally with departments across XiFin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values the ability to translate analytical concepts to a general audience and be able to communicate effectively cross-functionally.
This position will be located at our offices in Charleston, SC.
How you will make an impact:
In this role, youll:
- Perform front end customer analysis on billing errors, order entries, claims submission and denial requests
- Submit order entries and follow up on denial requests
- Compile and review customers front end data; identify trends in customer workflow, share results, and provide suggested solutions
- Provide customer reporting and present analytics when needed that will aid in managing and streamlining operations
- Perform workflow analysis of current billing processes and provide solutions on how to improve current workflows
- Perform quality assurance functions on offshore vendors to ensure accuracy in work being completed
- Engage in continuous improvement projects around automating data gathering and reporting
- Complete ad-hoc projects and reports for team and business partners as required

- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant discipline required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Advanced proficiency in Excel

At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected hourly range for this role is $24 to $28 , based on your experience, skills, and geographic location.
Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary accordingly.
