Commercial Operations Specialist

Our Commercial team is dedicated to taking the vision our business members have for their small business or big company, and turning it into a reality. Our diligent Commercial Operations team is looking for new staff to support them with quality control, regulatory examinations, audits and compliance. Aside from those duties, they will also perform post-closing activities and oversee the insurance tracking program for the department. Job Duties

  • Administer the quality control program for the commercial operations department and report findings to management.
  • Assist the management with regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance.
  • Perform covenant tracking and reporting.
  • Assist with reporting related to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA).
  • Review documents and system accuracy during post-closing operations and report findings.
  • Assist with policy and procedure revisions and implementations as trends require.
  • Oversee the insurance tracking and assist with maintaining procedures.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of members, employees, and credit union information.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent related experience.
  • A minimum 5 years' commercial operations experience.
  • Ability to organize and direct an effective workflow within a highly process-driven and fast paced work environment.
