Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry.
We are looking for someone that is local to the area and is looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal but not required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests.
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
- Answer phones, book appointments
- Sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades.
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance.
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance.
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Team player
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
