This is a unique opportunity to join one of Northwestern Mutual's TOP Wealth Management Team as a Lead Financial Advisor.

This person will be involved with the ins and outs of how to build a comprehensive financial plan as well as client acquisition and client management. The Financial Advisor works with our team to deliver financial security to their clients through a comprehensive planning process that integrates risk and investment products. Their client responsibilities include preparing and implementing financial plans, tracking correspondence, actively participating in client meetings, and working on follow-up items after meetings. The Financial Advisor will also help retain existing clients by providing outstanding service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and managing client relationships by offering personalized, industry-leading solutions to help them protect what theyve worked so hard to achieve while growing their assets for the future.
- Establishing a book of business through organic, sustainable, client-focused growth by building rapport, maintaining communication, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Develop rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.
- Be knowledgeable about financial products and financial market trends.
- Collaborate with specialized team members as well as Financial Planning Services to develop consistent, high-quality illustrations and investment proposals
- Integrating into the #1 district office in the entire company for new advisor growth and development.
- Leveraging the strength of our team to address individual client concerns and needs.
- Have foresight of clients needs and concerns, preparing Wealth Management Advisor with analytics and tools to overcome those roadblocks, ultimately guiding client to act
- Contribute to team meetings with key insights on strategic actions needed for team to move prospect or client through the sales cycle

- Fully licensed financial advisor: Life, Accident, & Health Insurance license, SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licensed
- Passion for impacting the women, LGBTQ+, and diverse communities
- Sharp intellect with superior time management, extraordinary attention to detail
- Skilled at focusing both on the urgent tasks of the day without losing oversight of the strategic and proactive objectives and key results of the firm
- Follow-up and follow-through mastery
- Team player with the confidence to have an opinion and make it heard
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Life, Accident & Health Insurance licenses
- FINRA SIE, Series 6/63 and/or FINRA Series 7/63
- Experience building a book of business
- Advisory services and broker/dealer experience with demonstrated investment knowledge and Understanding of markets, products, platforms, and services
- Ability to assess client financial situations and analyze portfolios to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with client goals
