Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Lead Financial Planning and Analysis for Labs AI, focusing on payroll and non-payroll operational expenditure and commercial contracting. + Manage monthly financial reporting for Labs AI portfolio and collaborate with product teams to identify trends, analyze variances, and highlight risks and opportunities that influence business strategy. Prepare presentations and communicate financial performance and insights to leadership. + Develop and maintain monthly financial forecasts, incorporating key business drivers and trends. Oversee accruals process. + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. Assist in annual planning process for Labs and support various ad-hoc financial projects as needed. + Be a Finance subject matter expert for Labs, providing insights into both Finance and Finance Operations.
