Finance Associate | Ideal for Investment Banking TAS / Big 4 TAS | Credit Investment Platform

An established, credit firm is hiring a Finance Associate to support corporate forecasting, investment valuation, and capital structure management.

This is a great move for Investment Banking Professionals and professionals fromBig 4 Transaction Advisory / Deal Advisory (including those in Restructuring, Transaction Services, or Valuations) who are looking to transition into private markets. The role offers meaningful exposure to strategy, operations, credit analytics, and investment execution within a dynamic, credit-focused platform.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Build and maintain corporate models across a multi-entity structure
• Forecast earnings, track liquidity, and manage capital draws/borrowing bases
• Collaborate with investment and accounting teams on performance metrics
• Help drive materials for earnings calls, board presentations, and quarterly reviews
• Support senior management on high-impact, ad hoc financial projects

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience
• Finance/Accounting or related degree
• FDD, Valuations or Corporate Finance experience
• Ideally credit experience
