We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to leverage expertise in driving insightful financial analysis, supporting strategic planning, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The role involves evaluating and presenting financial reports, preparing budgets and forecasts, and liaising between business unit operations and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to achieve forecasted working capital and EBITDA targets through strategic financial planning and execution.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data through KPIs, trend analysis, and by comparing actuals to budgets and forecasts.
  • Create and lead the presentation and interpretation of financial data to divisional managers.
  • Monitor working capital and advise the business on improvements.
  • Analyze historical financial performance, interpret results, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for emerging business needs and opportunities.
  • Perform ROIC and IRR analyses to guide resource allocation decisions.
  • Assist in annual budget preparation, monitor adherence, and identify cost optimization areas.
  • Work with business unit leaders on quarterly forecasts and discuss variances.
  • Assist in preparing 5-year financial forecasts for business units and consolidated reports.
  • Support onboarding processes for new business acquisitions.
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial processing.
  • Support accounting functions, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and GAAP.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives within the Finance group.
  • Assist with audits and other special projects as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or Masters in Business Administration preferred.
  • 5+ years of corporate accounting experience; 2-5 years in financial analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and solution implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Organizational and time management skills.

Additional Information

  • Occasional travel required.
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.

Shift : Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, with flexibility for outside hours when needed.
