Responsibilities- Monthly account analysis to explain actual and budgeted variances.
- Provides analysis as needed related to revenue, volume and expenses. Including monthly financial statement review reported to the manger and practice liasons.
- Accurately prepares monthly journal entries.
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepares semiannual bonus reconciliations.
- Accurately compile and prepares monthly financial reports.
- Reconcile and Analysis of Epic revenue and payments.
- Develops monthly and year-end financial projections and forecasts.
- Provides monthly analytical support to department managers.
- Prepares annual budget including uploading to the General Ledger.
- Prepares and assists with year-end audit and tax preparation.
- Assists accounting manager with special projects.
- Work with Billing, AP and other departments to resolve issues.
- 3+ years general ledger accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
ERP system knowledge is preferred.
Possible advancement in 3 years to Sr. Accountant II.
Good communication skills using spoken and written words.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
CPA preferred
