Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Our client is a leading real estate investment brokerage team specializing in multifamily assets.

This position offers deep exposure to all aspects of commercial investment sales and provides a rare opportunity to work closely with senior brokers and principal clients across a wide range of real estate transactions.

DUTITES INCLUDE:

• Review property financials to evaluate investment potential
• Build and update Excel models for underwriting and valuation
• Develop client presentations using market comps and data
• Track sales activity, development projects, and market trends
• Maintain property records and ownership details
• Prepare quarterly market reports to highlight insights

Administrative & Client Support

• Write executive summaries and review marketing materials
• Coordinate client site visits and manage internal deliverables
• Handle reporting schedules, calendars, and milestone updates
• Organize transaction files and track listing agreements
• Communicate with clients and teams to ensure smooth execution

REQUIRMENTS:

• 13 years of professional experience in financial analysis, investment sales, or commercial real estate
• Exposure to underwriting and valuation processes preferred

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling experience)
• Familiarity with Argus, CoStar, Yardi, and other real estate analytics platforms ideal
• Strong PowerPoint and Word skills for client presentation development

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
