This position will analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring, and creating financial models for decision support. Furthermore, the position will seek to improve financial status by analyzing results and recommending actions to management. Duties include organizing and managing large and varied data sets, analyzing healthcare data to optimize business operations, and communicating their findings through the use of data visualization and detailed reports per the direction and requests of the Quality Director.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in accounting or closely related subject.
  • CPA certification is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of cost accounting experience is desirable, as is any other practical hospital business experience.
  • Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to DHL's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
