Were looking for an experienced Revenue Management professional to fill this role. The Specialist, Revenue Management works closely with Revenue Management Analysts and Pricing & Demand teams to accurately facilitate pricing and amenity promotions into the reservation system via action plans for the operations teams. The Specialist will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role allows the Specialist to exercise analytical skills and significantly impact the organizations revenue and financial performance by building promotional offers to help the company achieve its goals and stay competitive.

Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with Operations Support to ensure promos are loaded correctly for initiatives (promotions, accounts, casino offers, etc.) and test pricing and amenities to ensure proper functioning.
  2. Communicate clearly with pricing Managers and Directors regarding promotional concerns or discrepancies.
  3. Build and maintain pricing & promotion action plans.
  4. Improve efficiencies in the Revenue Management action plan process.
  5. Assist with analysis or projects related to promotion/pricing as needed.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position is hybrid, requiring two days from home and three days in our Seattle office (Tues-Thurs).

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of revenue management experience preferred but not required.
  2. Familiarity with revenue management concepts; travel industry experience a plus.
  3. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of database/report writing tools.
  4. Knowledge of the cruise industrys business environment, including marketing, sales, and operations, is a plus.
  5. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and be accountable for results.
  7. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable speaking with senior leadership.
  8. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
