Micron's Mask Technology Center is seeking a coordinator to join its Facilities Coordination team, which manages facility operations and leads fab space planning effortsincluding the strategic placement of new equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance and proactive safety practices: Complete all required safety training, follow Micron and TD safety policies, adhere to environmental regulations, and report any safety concerns immediately to the appropriate channels.
  • Support continuous safety improvement: Participate in incident investigations, perform safety audits, and submit good catches to help identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Tool install planning & communication: Use CAD platforms and Micron systems (e.g., ECBP) to design fab layouts, transition to 3D CAD, and clearly communicate manufacturing impacts to collaborators.
  • Project leadership & execution: Lead install projects by identifying requirements, developing timelines, and driving accountability to meet scenario requests with precision.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot facility operations: Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth facility operations, swiftly address quality or capacity issues, and support maintenance activities.
  • Ensure service excellence through systems and reporting: Use Micron systems to respond promptly to facility concerns and maintain high service standards through proactive issue reporting and resolution tracking.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with AutoCAD
  • 1+ year of experience with semiconductor facility equipment
  • 3+ years of experience in facility coordination, semiconductor equipment or space planning/tool layouts

Preferred qualifications:

  • Associates level technical degree or higher
  • 1+ year of experience with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360
  • 1+ year of experience in a role communicating complicated concepts to a broad audience
