The Learning and Development Specialist works closely with the Director of Talent Development and the HR Team to support the training programs to improve employee performance and support organizational growth. Key Accountabilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and support the companys learning management systems, ensuring its smooth operation.
  • Run completion reports, audits and basic analysis of reports.
  • Ensure all staff remains in compliance with required training and report on staff who are out of compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and manage eLearning courses, including multimedia content, assessments, and reports.
  • Manage the coordination, execution, and measurement of L&D programs.
  • Performs training administration duties including course scheduling, communications, registration/tracking, preparation of training facilities and other tasks needed to make each course successful.
  • Support L&D program creation, coordination, administration, and facilitation, including leadership, compliance, and new hire orientation and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and maintain master training calendar.
  • Assist with designing, updating, and maintaining the L&D SharePoint site.
  • Conducts training follow up such as feedback surveys and evaluations.
  • Facilitates a variety of enterprise trainings, leveraging multiple modalities including instructor led and virtual instructor led sessions.
  • Design learning programs, materials and solutions using the ADDIE method, or other adult learning theory.
  • Evaluate learning programs to assess ROI.
