Capstone Investment Financial Group | Full-Time | On-Site
Capstone Investment Financial Group, a growing independent RIA, is looking for a motivated, service-oriented Financial Advisor to join our team in the Denver Tech Center . This is a great opportunity for someone with a Series 65 and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
What Youll Do

• Serve a small set of existing clients and assist with their financial planning, investment management, and ongoing service needs.
• Proactively develop and grow your own book of business through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with our team on planning strategies, portfolio reviews, and client communication.
• Meet in person with clients in our DTC office most days, with a few travel days per month to our Colorado Springs location.
• Use planning tools and CRM systems to build financial plans and document activity.
• Conduct trading for clients, both equities and fixed income.
  

What Were Looking For

• Series 65 license required
• Bachelors degree (Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to build and manage your own client base
• Team-first attitude and a strong desire to grow with a firm that puts clients first
