We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst II to join our team supporting our customer in San Diego, CA.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide financial data reconciliation
- Process financial transactions
- Support master data management
- Assist in production interface processing
- Generate reports and analyze data
- Support system testing for release management
- Monitor interfaces and resolve data issues in production
- Prepare documentation for the customer
Required Qualifications:
- Recent Navy shipboard financial management experience, including managing OPTAR Financial Records, generating the Budget OPTAR Report (BOR), Financial Transmittal (TL) report, and other monthly financial reports per CNSP guidance
- Familiarity with Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card Program (GCPC), including roles as Approving Official (AO) and understanding regulations and processes
- Experience with RSUPPLY, One Touch Supply (OTS), and other relevant supply and logistics systems, with knowledge of MILSTRIP and MILSTRAP procedures
- Experience processing Obligation Validation Reports (OVR), Unfilled Order Listings (UOL), and Difference Listings (DL)
- At least 2 years of SABRS experience
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
