As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will manage existing Schwab clients, offering wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, youll grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. If you hold your securities license, enjoy teamwork, and are passionate about serving clients, this role is for you.

Required Qualifications:

• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license

• Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance during your tenure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to build strong relationships, foster trust, and deepen client relationships through effective communication and exceeding expectations

• Ability to leverage Schwabs team of specialists, advice guidelines, market knowledge, and inspire clients toward their financial goals

• Willingness to manage client wealth in areas such as Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning

• Adaptability to market and business changes

• Passion for community engagement and educating clients on market conditions and sound investing principles

• Commitment to providing an outstanding investor experience and professional growth in Wealth Management

• Compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements for employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations, including NMLS registration and background checks
