Global Force Management Requirements Analyst
Minimum Qualifications Summary Certification & Education Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas. Must meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements as per OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301. Must complete an in-scope (per current DoD 6-year reinvestigation requirement), favorable, ST5 investigation (including SBPR, PPR, T5R, or current enrollment in the DoD CE/CV program), adjudicated for SCI eligibility by the DoD CAF without conditions, exceptions, or waivers at the time of performance, and maintain this security level throughout the contract. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred. Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance. Experience Required Expert knowledge of the impacts to Global Force Management (GFM) of reserve force employment, including record keeping, historical requirement management, requirement review, generation, and analysis. Complete and maintain an in-scope, favorable ST5 investigation for SCI eligibility. Possess expert-level knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), its application in the Joint arena, leading Operational Planning Teams (OPT), the Joint Staff GFM Process, and USMC capabilities/limitations in CENTCOM operations. Job Objective The Global Force Management Requirements Analyst will support MARCENT and subordinate commands from aboard MacDill AFB, Florida, under a five-year contract. Responsibilities include advising on current and future operations, validating force requirements, and coordinating GFM requirements with Service and USCENTCOM. The role involves organizing, directing, and controlling USMC operations in the USCENTCOM AOR, with a focus on training, readiness, personnel recovery, and force protection. Responsibilities Support MARCENT in handling GFM issues, including record keeping, requirement management, review, generation, and analysis. Coordinate to identify capabilities, align requirements for RIP/TOA, and draft guidance for the force. Maintain a SharePoint page for tracking all deployment requirements and authorities. Identify implications and requirements supporting LADs. Develop Deployment Information Messages (DIM) for inbound forces at least 90 days prior to deployment. Ensure all Universal Needs are integrated with the GFM process for personnel resourcing and management. Manage and track emerging requirements and Universal Needs, providing recommendations for validation. Develop briefing products for CENTCOM and Service GFM conferences for G-3 approval. Staff GFM taskers from USCENTCOM and the Service within prescribed timelines. Education & Certification Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas. Candidate must be available for travel on short notice to support personnel recovery and training efforts.
