TechWish The Vice President of Business Development and Sales at Techwish will drive revenue growth and expand market share for our IT solutions and services in the United States. This leadership position requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Lead and manage a team of experienced sales professionals, including Account Executives, Business Development Managers, and Recruiters. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry events. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics, including cold calling, lead generation, proposal writing, and presentations. Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships. Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages individual and team success. Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance and exceed expectations. Market Development: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT Solutions and Services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, partners, and influencers. Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and increase revenue. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain effective sales processes and CRM systems to track progress, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices. Develop and manage the sales budget and forecast accurately.

Qualifications

Proven Experience: 10+ years of successful experience in IT solutions and services, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams. Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Business Development: Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the IT services industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and best practices. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Results-Oriented: Highly driven and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding goals. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
