Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 - $35 / hour*
What You'll Do as a Floor Technician:
Floor Technician will perform a variety of floor care and maintenance tasks, such as stripping, waxing, buffing, steam carpet cleaning and hot water extraction
Operate floor cleaning machines, such as buffers, scrubbers and whittaker
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, such as mops, brooms and brushes
Maintaining floors using appropriate techniques and equipment
Maintain a positive attitude and respond to customer needs
Available Shifts:
Shift timings - All Available
Job Requirements:
1 year minimum of Floor maintenance experience in Commercial and/or Residential
Experience with oriental rug cleaning, all type of floorings including marble
Reliable transportation
Open to drive company truck
Open availability for either morning or night shift
Background check and drug screening required
