transactional tax
matters. The role is open to attorneys based in

hybrid

xcellent academic credentials
Active Bar Admission
in
the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
24 years
of substantive
transactional tax
experience, preferably at an
AmLaw 100 firm
Experience advising on
fund formation ,
Section 892 investors ,
real estate ,
investment fund secondary transactions ,
regulated investment companies ,
income tax treaties , and
cross-border transactions
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, exercising sound business judgment and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
Advise on
U.S. federal income tax
aspects of
investment fund formation and operations , including
domestic
and
cross-border structures
Draft ,
review , and
negotiate tax-related provisions
in fund formation documents and transaction agreements
Counsel clients on tax considerations for
Section 892 investors ,
regulated investment companies , and
real estate investments
Assist with
investment fund secondary transactions ,
income tax treaty analysis , and
cross-border investment planning
Collaborate with corporate, regulatory, and other internal practice groups to provide integrated client advice

$310,000 , as determined by experience, qualifications, and market factors
