Join Leidos’ Digital Modernization Sector as a dynamic Manager of Cybersecurity Infrastructure to support critical IT services for the Air Force. Position Overview: As the Manager of Cybersecurity Infrastructure, you will oversee essential cybersecurity operations, including: TEMPEST Inspection Operations:

Lead the planning and implementation of EMSEC zone inspections. Cybersecurity Tools Management:

Oversee configuration and policy development for tools like Forescout, ensuring compliance with DoD standards. Customer Support Oversight:

Manage the triage and processing of user compliance requests and other cybersecurity inquiries. You will collaborate with enterprise teams to ensure effective risk management and documentation while providing operational metrics to senior leadership. This role also gives you the opportunity to foster employee growth, streamline workflows, and lead a diverse team in achieving mission objectives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of cybersecurity teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members. Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation. Maintain operational readiness for audits and compliance reviews. Engage with stakeholders to align cybersecurity strategy with mission priorities. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Current DoD Secret or higher clearance. 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of TEMPEST principles and cybersecurity tools like Forescout. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface across diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience within DoD environments, particularly with the Air Force and Joint Services. Familiarity with AFMAN 17-130, Comply-to-Connect, and RMF controls. Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.
