Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented engineer with a passion for innovation and a flair for problem-solving? We are seeking a Permanent Regional Project Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and driving projects across various regions, ensuring that all engineering-related aspects are effectively addressed and coordinated. This position requires 5+ years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Regional Project Engineer, you will:
1. Lead and manage diverse engineering projects across different regions, ensuring the successful execution of project objectives. 2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution. 3. Develop and implement robust project plans, ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the agreed timeline and budget. 4. Utilize your expertise in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. 5. Conduct regular project reviews and updates to stakeholders, ensuring that all project-related issues are promptly addressed and resolved. 6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your engineering expertise to identify and implement innovative solutions. 7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations, maintaining the highest standards of work safety at all times.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or additional professional qualifications will be an advantage. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale engineering projects. 3. Strong expertise in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or equivalent. 4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a timely manner. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. 7. A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance, with a proven track record of promoting safe work practices. 8. Willingness to travel as needed to manage projects across different regions.
