Starting Pay: $22.25 for Entry Level, with Increases Based on Your Experience 40-Hour Weekly Guarantee Earn Time and a Half After 40 Hours Average Workweek: 50-60 Hours Shift Differential Pay: $2 per Hour Benefits Include: Comprehensive Health Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) Benefits Activate on the 1st of the Month Following Your Hire Date 401K with Employer Matching Contributions Quarterly Safety Bonuses (Earn Up to $650 Based on Your Safety Record) Paid Holidays: 7 Holidays plus 3 Floating Holidays Vacation Time Operate Front and Rear Discharge Trucks Position Summary: As a Concrete Delivery Driver, you will drive a truck equipped with an auxiliary concrete mixer to deliver high-quality concrete mix to various job sites. Your primary responsibilities will include loading, mixing, and delivering concrete while ensuring the integrity of the materials and the cleanliness of the vehicle. Key Responsibilities: Drive to loading hoppers to gather sand, gravel, cement, and water, then engage the mixer. Transport the truck to designated locations for unloading. Control levers on the truck to dispense concrete into wheelbarrows, conveyors, or directly into the pour area. Thoroughly clean the truck after deliveries to prevent concrete residue buildup. Apply protective compounds to truck surfaces to prevent material adhesion. Assemble and adjust the cement chute as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of prior CDL experience or recent graduation from an accredited CDL program (Class B or Class A). Must not have more than 1 moving violation or accident in the past 12 months, or more than 2 in the last 36 months. No DUI, DWI, or Reckless Driving offenses within the last 3 years. Must meet FMCSA requirements.
