Key Responsibilities: Conduct intakes and diagnostic evaluations, prepare treatment plans, and provide effective client therapy under supervision. Build strong therapeutic relationships, addressing each client's unique needs and goals to enhance outcomes and retention. Exhibit advanced clinical knowledge related to individual goals, treatment, and diagnoses. Engage in crisis interventions, stabilization, and de-escalation, prioritizing client safety. Document all client interactions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards. Provide one-on-one supportive counseling, observe client behavior, and implement behavioral management interventions as necessary. Contribute to a positive atmosphere with colleagues and clients. Participate actively in group consultations, team meetings, and relevant gatherings, demonstrating professionalism and preparedness. Show a commitment to incorporate feedback from management and leadership for continuous improvement in client care. Maintain a full caseload and fulfill additional responsibilities, achieving an average quota of 28 points weekly or as designated. Required Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Science or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Education). Active, independent clinical license as a Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (e.g., LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to adhere to one of the following work models:

Onsite (completing all work at one consistent site). Hybrid (at least 2 days onsite, with a distraction-free home office and access to high-speed internet).

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient mental health settings. Proficient in clinical documentation and diagnostic assessment. Experienced in treatment planning and maintaining a caseload. Familiarity with AthenaHealth/AthenaOne and/or Opus. Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems. Able to read and interpret professional documents and regulations. Competent in presenting to and answering questions from diverse stakeholders including community providers and clients. Knowledge of mental illness impacts, seeking interdisciplinary information for treatment. The salary range for this position is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is determined by various factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
