About The Position EMERGENCY ROOM LMSW Start date: ASAP Shift: 3X12 Variable Years of experience REQ: 2 yr minimum First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: EOW Certs REQ: BLS and WA RN or Compact Lic REQ, CCM or ACM preferred. Is on-call REQ? No Will this traveler need to float between like units? Yes, floating is required within scope to meet facility needs Locals accepted: No What is the local radius rule? 50-mile Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: None, but prefer to keep it under seven days. ALL requests MUST be in submission. Special Requirements: Inpatient Acute care experience is required and is a HARD STOP. Units served include ICU, PCU, ED, Family Birth, Adult Medical. Nice to have Milliman Guidelines or InterQual Criteria Avg Daily Census: 30 Manager/ McDougal/ 150086106001-WA PSPH CASE MGMT SPH Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Total Staffed Beds: 325 Charting: EPIC
