Qualifications:
Must possess an independent license in Washington: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or be a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Clinicians should be licensed and residing in the state they practice.
Compensation:
Up to $120,900, depending on licensure, sessions completed, and bonus opportunities. What We Need: Willingness to conduct a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
A commitment to partnership and teamwork.
Behavioral Health Generalists open to working with couples and/or children (support provided).
Aspirations for leadership roles or supervisory positions.
Self-motivated to complete notes within 24 hours.
Strong character traits including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality care.
A passion for collaboration and professional development within a team.
