A leading manufacturing company in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking a Payroll HR Analyst to oversee all aspects of payroll processing while providing light HR support. This role focuses heavily on managing multi-state payroll through ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate tax compliance, and maintaining data integrity. The position also offers the opportunity to assist with HR tasks, system updates, and special projects. They are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a strong payroll background, manufacturing or related industry experience, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Payroll HR Analyst Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll for hourly employees and bi-weekly payroll for salaried employees using ADP Workforce Now Maintain and update payroll data, including adding bonuses, deductions, and timeclock entries in ADP Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements Complete government census reports and other mandated payroll reporting Utilize Excel for data management, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP's Collaborate with HR on employee communications, board updates, and HR initiatives Support system integrations, data uploads, and payroll-related projects Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll and HR inquiries Payroll HR Analyst Requirements:
5-7+ years payroll experience with multi-state payroll tax knowledge Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP's Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Manufacturing or similar industry experience is preferred Bachelor's degree is preferred Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to assist with HR functions as needed Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality Benefits:
