This position will be required to travel to Italy for 3-5 months for Vials training. Please do not apply unless able to travel. After travel, this role will be onsite: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Mission: Vital member of the operations team, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of automated equipment, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the production process, aligning the regulatory, safety and company standards. Requires precision, technical acumen, and adherence to strict safety and quality protocols, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with precision measuring instruments and CNC machinery. Duties Include: Assemble, program, and operate CNC machines Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers Perform tooling changes and adjustments as needed Operate milling machines to fabricate parts with precision Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine maintenance Experience: Mechanical knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers Familiarity with CNC machinery and programming Ability to fabricate parts using milling machines Stevanato Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
