Digital Marketing Strategist
As an integral member of the Marketing and Communications team, the Digital Marketing Strategist will collaborate on the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that optimize marketing effectiveness and enhance user experience. This position will also analyze data and results in order to implement and report on the digital advertising, SEM, SEO, social media, and online reputation functions of our marketing strategy. Essential Functions: Content Strategy, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Marketing Analytics Social Media and Online Reputation Management Marketing Department Duties Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role; or any equivalent combination of education and experience Experience managing SEO, branded social media and social media advertising. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills - oral and written Strong attention to detail Organization and time management Relationship-building Troubleshooting and problem-solving Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, multi-tasking environment Prioritize Proven ability to take ideas and put them into action; finding creative solutions to complex problems Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Work collaboratively and effectively with other teams within organization Work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and manage expectations of all stakeholders Build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally Work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, reach overhead, bend to the floor, and may be required to stand for long periods of time. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is required to use dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
