$115K-$130K + $20K-$50K bonus Senior Superintendent:

About the Role: Insight Global is seeking experienced Superintendents to support high-visibility construction projects in Virginia. These roles are ideal for professionals with a background in mission-critical or complex commercial builds who are ready to lead on-site operations and drive project success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations in alignment with project schedules and safety/quality standards Lead all on-site safety efforts, ensuring a secure and compliant jobsite Maintain detailed daily logs, manage punch lists, and support project closeout Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and local stakeholders Ensure accurate documentation and proactively resolve issues Collaborate closely with project managers and site operations teams Qualifications: Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent experience) 5-8 years of experience for Superintendent roles; 8-10+ years for Senior Superintendent Experience in mission-critical or large-scale commercial construction Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam OSHA 30 Certification required Interview Process: Local candidates:
