Part-time, Full- Time and as-need positions are available

Location: Silverdale, WA and/or Kent, WA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet with patients to identify needs and set goals
  • Devise and implement detailed treatment plans
  • Educate, motivate, and encourage patients through the treatment process
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the patient's medical team
  • Communicate changes in patient function and modify treatment goals as needed
  • Oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and adjust plans of care
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with federal and state regulations
  • Provide ongoing education to physicians, patients, family/caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Document patient appointments and progress according to departmental and regulatory standards
  • Evaluate shoulder, elbow, and hand injuries
  • Exposure to Work Rehabilitation programs

Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Washington Strong Clinical Skills with Proficiency in Computer Skills ❤️ Compassionate and Patient-Centered Approach
