Location: Village Ford – Dearborn, MI

Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $35,000–$45,000/year (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

Love details, numbers, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly? You might be our next Booker. In this role, you’ll handle warranty claims, track factory reimbursements, and keep all our service paperwork in line — all while jumping in to support the team when things get busy.
This role is key to our dealership’s rhythm. You’ll work closely with the office manager, service director, HR, techs, and advisors to make sure things flow from repair order to reimbursement — and everything in between.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Processing warranty claims (you’ll be the go-to expert on factory requirements)

• Tracking returns and credits

• Following up on unpaid or rejected claims — and appealing when necessary

• Filing and adjusting claims

• Backing up roles like cashier and rental desk during busy seasons or time off

• Training coworkers on billing processes through the full repair order lifecycle

• Monitoring the register and daily reconciliation

• Attending team meetings to help everyone stay aligned on warranty requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

High school diploma

Great communication and people skills

Experience with Ford dealership systems, service writing, or customer service

Strong computer skills (you’re quick and accurate)

Emotional maturity and the ability to stay cool under pressure

A knack for organization and follow-through

Willingness to jump in and support the team whenever needed
