Description Position Summary: GoldenWolf is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard Developer. As a Dashboard/BI Developer at DHA FE, you will architect, implement, and maintain business intelligence systems and interactive dashboards that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. You'll design and deploy BI tools and interfaces, ensuring reliable, high-performance reporting, and translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll align solutions with business needs and continuously refine dashboards to enhance processes across the organization.. Essential Functions: 01) Dashboard Development & Maintenance Design, develop, unit test, and maintain complex dashboards Ensure scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and reusability Leverage automation for data extraction, transformation, and report generation 02) Technical Architecture & Expertise Provide guidance on architecture, design, and implementation best practices Evaluate architectural options against objectives like performance and maintainability Demonstrate working knowledge of Tableau administration and environment optimization 03) Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and value Engage in iterative review cycles to exceed user expectations Translate business needs into intuitive dashboard structures and technical specs 04) Data Analysis & ETL Perform exploratory data analysis to track and monitor key metrics Design and execute reconciliation scripts to ensure data accuracy and integrity Create and manage the semantic layer for efficient ETL processes 05) Quality Assurance & Testing Develop and execute comprehensive QA test plans Resolve Tableau support tickets and fix report issues promptly Adhere to coding and style guidelines for consistency and maintainability Job Type:

Requirements Required Qualifications: 2 + years of data mining, reporting, and analysis experience 2 + years of experience with advanced SQL ability (MS SQL) 1 year of experience working with healthcare data 2 years of previous experience working with IT healthcare database support, preferably within a clinical unit of a healthcare organization, and involving an integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) application Current database certification and Tableau Certification. Experience with information architecture and creating governance policies Must be a US Citizen Required Skills: Proficiency with Qlik and QlikView for building interactive, insightful visualizations Timely maintenance and accurate updating of the data catalog to support efficient discovery Implementation of row-level security filters to enforce data privacy and compliance Rapid mapping of business processes to data models for precise, streamlined development Clear, logical, and persuasive oral and written communication of ideas, analyses, and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences. Strong skills in project management communication, training users, providing technical advisory services, and preparing web application content. Deep understanding of DHA IT and higher-echelon standards, policies, and procedures to guide users and ensure compliance. Experience researching and authoring high-quality technical documentation and illustrative examples for technical teams Technical Proficiencies: Advanced Tableau development: complex visualizations, interactive dashboards, healthcare analytics Strong SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets High-level Excel expertise: macros, pivot tables, advanced functions Understanding of advanced calculations, statistical functions, data modeling, and normalization Soft Skills & Delivery: Critical thinking and problem-solving in time-constrained environments Proven ability to deliver on time, within scope, and the budget Exceptional communication, business acumen, and stakeholder management Education: Preferred a bachelor's degree from an accredited college (in computer science, engineering, information technology, or liberal arts) Salary Description $70,000.00 - $120,000.00
