Staffmark is seeking an experienced Case Picker to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Smyrna, TN. If you're skilled in using electric pallet jacks and ready to take on a physically active role, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Monday - Friday | Overtime: Saturdays as needed
As a Case Picker, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and moving products using an electric pallet jack (EPJ). This role supports efficient order fulfillment in a busy distribution environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate an EPJ to pick and move cases to staging or loading areas
Follow pick sheets or RF scanners to ensure order accuracy
Stack, wrap, and stage pallets safely and securely
Maintain accurate case counts and uphold order integrity
Conduct routine equipment checks and report issues promptly
Assist with general warehouse duties (restocking, housekeeping)
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a team-focused environment
Requirements:
At least 6 months of recent EPJ experience required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior warehouse/distribution experience strongly preferred
Must pass a practical skills test for EPJ operation
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for the duration of the shift
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
