Integrity and Trust Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Safety and Reliability Innovation Teamwork and Accountability We offer competitive salary and benefits to our employees: Competitive Salary During the initial license training, total compensation ranges from $159,000 to $182,000 annually (based on experience and past licensing), including a 15% annual incentive bonus, an initial sign-on bonus, $10,000 distributed through training milestones, a comprehensive benefits package, and a 401(k) with employer matching contributions. After obtaining the SRO license, total compensation is from $191,000 annually, which includes a target 15% annual bonus, License Premium, and overtime pay for extended hours at 1.5 times the base salary (expressed on hourly basis) for mandated operational shift coverage. Comprehensive health (medical, dental, and vision) and wellness benefits Bonus Program 401(k) Savings Plan with Company Match Employee Stock Purchase Program Paid Vacations and Holidays Educational Reimbursement Program Employee Referral Program Job Summary During Training for NRC License The initial license trainee will participate in classroom instruction, simulation training, and hands-on experience to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to qualify as a Senior Reactor Operator License holder. Upon completing training, candidates will become fully licensed by the NRC to oversee reactor control room operations. Complete Fundamentals Phase, Simulator Certification, attain SRO status, and achieve NRC SRO License (80%) Study and field time necessary for license attainment (10%) Project work, outage assignments, or duties as assigned to support site operations (10%) Job Summary The role involves providing direct oversight of operations at Constellation’s Nuclear Power Generating Station, directing Reactor Operators in managing plant operations and Equipment Operators in field operations, use of procedures, and tagging evolutions. Job Responsibilities Authorize maintenance and testing activities to ensure equipment status is maintained. Implement Emergency Operating Procedures and direct required procedural steps to stabilize the plant during emergencies. Evaluate and respond to issues, findings, and requests from internal and external stakeholders. Oversee special projects as determined by Operations Directors/Managers. Create, revise, and review Emergency Operating Procedures and Abnormal Operating Procedures to support the safe and efficient operation of the Nuclear Generating Station Units. Review design and license changes for procedure implications, conduct 10CFR50.59 applicability reviews, and support outages and various special projects. Review system documentation, including P&IDs and design descriptions. Conduct operability evaluation for systems during off-normal conditions. Assist in developing refueling sequences and ensure systems accommodate shutdown and refueling operations. Direct operating shift personnel in plant duties, including standing watch on rotating 12-hour shifts and coordinating nuclear plant systems operations. Participation in shift work, ongoing training, periodic examinations, respirator qualification, and maintaining qualification as a member of the plant Fire Brigade are required. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Successful completion of the Plant Operator Selection System (POSS) and Basic Math and Science Test (BMST) Must successfully complete a FLS Leadership Assessment And meet or exceed one of the following:

1 year as a Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility, or 1.5 years at a non-comparable facility (PWR to PWR or BWR to BWR is comparable; PWR to BWR or BWR to PWR is non-comparable). 1.5 years or more in an equivalent position at a military reactor (e.g., Power Plant Watch Engineer, Reactor Operator), with at least 1.5 years post-qualification experience. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, physical sciences, or valid professional engineer license, along with more than 1.5 years as a qualified non-licensed operator or a supervisor/manager in relevant fields (work control, operations, maintenance, radiation protection, etc.) at a comparable facility. Managerial experience at a non-comparable plant may be credited on a 1.5:1.0 basis (i.e., over 2.25 years required for non-comparable facility, and 3 years for non-traditional degree).
