We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with strong content writing and content creation skills to help raise awareness of our brand, products, and mission.

This role will focus on executing content plans, creating engaging posts, and managing day-to-day marketing execution — not marketing strategy — unless specifically tasked with supporting brand strategy. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability is essential for success in this role.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Content Writing & Content Creation

Curate and repurpose content from internal subject matter experts, customers, and partners.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, customer success) to align messaging with business objectives.

Drive thought leadership and storytelling that reflects the Bear Robotics brand.

Social Media & Digital Posting

Schedule and post content to company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube).

Monitor and engage with followers to build brand presence and community interaction.

Stay informed about emerging trends, platforms, and content formats.

Campaign Execution Support

Assist with executing omni-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, digital ads, PR, events, and direct marketing.

Support logistics and content needs for trade shows, conferences, and other events.

Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and audience reach.

Marketing Reporting

Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Use data to evaluate performance, inform strategy, and improve content impact and engagement.

Market & Competitor Research

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and content.

Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to help shape marketing efforts.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

3–5 years of professional marketing experience with a strong focus on content writing and publishing

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to tailor content by channel and audience

Demonstrated experience creating and managing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube

Strong understanding of B2B marketing and omni-channel tactics (social, digital ads, web, email, PR, events)

Familiarity with content and campaign tools (e.g. HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva, Salesforce, Google Workspace)

Excellent organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred

Must be able to work onsite daily in Los Angeles/Irvine, CA or Addison, TX.

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
