Job Description
This position provides support to the Haile/US Bank College of Business, Center for Student Excellence and occasionally to the Office of the Dean.
Primary Responsibilities
* Greet students, faculty, staff, and community members who visit the office * Answer multi-line telephone * Learn and assist with basic functions in university software system * Layout and design of promotional materials for college events * Assist with content management for social media * Assist with Center and College events * File, copy and type * Route mail * Run errands on campus * Database entry * Assist with special projects * Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Desirable traits and qualifications include the following: * Ability to multitask * Strong writing skills * Ability to think critically and analytically
* Experience with event planning and promotions * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite * Ability to work individually and as a team * A positive attitude * Good academic standing * GPA 2.5 or above * Customer service orientation * Strong desire to learn and improve
