Purpose of Position
Internal temporary faculty position in Counseling.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Teach assigned courses and adequately perform other duties/responsibilities as articulated on the annual assignment.
Participate in clinical teaching and supervision.
Work collaboratively with program faculty to ensure curriculum outcomes and accreditation standards are met. Participate in assessment processes as required by the program, university, and accrediting body.
Prepare syllabi and instructional materials, develop and deliver lectures, tests, and evaluate students.
Attend program, school, and college meetings, as required.
Hold office hours.
Engage in timely and professional communication with students, colleagues, staff, and administrators
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
A Master's degree in counseling from an accredited university and a CACREP-accredited program.
Licensure as a mental health counselor.
Minimum Education
