Duties/Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities Front of House Organization & Cleaning: Cleaning the front areas of the kitchen and food storage.
Clean large equipment such as refrigerators, counters, serving lines, and tabletops.
Keep entire area clean and ready for certified inspection at any time.
Complete opening/closing sheets.
Percentage of time 60
Duties/Responsibilities Stocking: Ensure all fueling stations are full 24/7.
Practice FIFO (first in, first out) method.
Keep track of all expiration dates for all grab and go items.
Percentage of time 40
