Staffmark is looking for a skilled and detail-focused Cabinet Assembler to become a vital part of our manufacturing team in Smithfield, RI. In this role, you'll assemble custom and production cabinetry using hand and power tools, ensuring every piece meets high standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you have an eye for detail, can read blueprints, and prioritize safety, we want to hear from you!

Shift & Pay:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Pay range: $20 - $32 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

Assemble cabinets and casework following blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings

Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect parts for quality and fit before final assembly

Complete finishing tasks including hardware installation, sanding, and edge banding

Keep your work area clean and organized

Collaborate with production leads and teammates to meet deadlines

Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or assembly preferred

Ability to read technical drawings and use hand/power tools

Strong attention to detail and quality

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

Bonus: CNC or edge banding experience, knowledge of wood types, lean manufacturing
