The Elaine Sterling Institute (ESI), a premier name in beauty and wellness education for over 16 years, is seeking a

highly credentialed Director of Education

to oversee instructional excellence across multiple campuses and programs. This is a rare opportunity for a licensed educational leader to guide a team of top instructors and shape the careers of the next generation of beauty professionals.

About ESI From our flagship campus in Atlanta’s iconic Lenox Square Mall to our new Dunwoody expansion, ESI serves 450+ students annually in

cosmetology, esthetics, massage therapy, nail care, barbering, and instructor training . We combine European elegance with American innovation, blending rigorous academics with real-world, hands-on learning.

What You’ll Do Provide strategic leadership for all instructional programs and department heads Ensure compliance with Georgia State Board regulations, COE accreditation, and DOE standards Mentor and develop faculty to deliver outstanding, student-centered education Oversee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for instructional staff Drive innovation in curriculum, technology integration, and professional development Maintain high academic standards through regular audits and data-driven improvements

What You Bring

(Required) A beauty industry background and knowledge Director-level licensure

and/or multiple active professional licenses in applicable program areas 5+ years of instructional experience, including 2+ years in a director or academic leadership role Deep knowledge of Georgia State Board rules, DOE/COE accreditation, and SAP compliance Proven success leading diverse educational teams across multiple departments or campuses Strong communication, organization, and mentorship skills

Preferred Familiarity with CIMA, Beautisa, Qnity, L’Oréal Pro Education Track record of implementing educational innovations Degree in education

Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM One late shift (12:00–8:00 PM) weekly + one Saturday per month
