Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
to lead our safety and compliance efforts across multiple facilities in Texas. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in the field. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures company-wide. Ensure full compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations (OSHA, EPA, local, and international standards). Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective/preventative measures. Oversee environmental compliance, including emissions, waste disposal, chemical management, and spill response. Deliver and oversee EHS training for employees and contractors at all levels. Perform audits and inspections to verify compliance with regulatory and company standards. Track, analyze, and report EHS KPIs to executive leadership. Partner with HR on wellness, ergonomics, and injury prevention initiatives. Lead emergency response planning, drills, and crisis management. Integrate EHS considerations into operational planning and project design. Maintain permits and ensure timely, accurate regulatory reporting. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing setting, including 3+ years in a multisite or regional leadership role. Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations in the U.S. (experience with Mexico, Brazil, or other jurisdictions is a plus). Experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 implementation and maintenance preferred. Proven leadership, communication, and training skills. Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly preferred. Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast Texas region. Why Join Us?
