Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Construction Manager
with a strong background in civil and structural engineering to oversee complex water resource and infrastructure projects. This role involves managing all phases of construction—from planning through completion—while ensuring timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality requirements are met. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise
construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with specifications, timelines, and budgets. Lead and supervise
on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficient workflows and high-quality results. Monitor and manage budgets , project costs, and resource allocation; negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiency. Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety protocols
to maintain a safe, compliant work environment. Implement quality assurance measures
to ensure all construction activities meet industry standards, codes, and project requirements. Oversee wastewater infrastructure projects
including treatment plants, pump stations, concrete tanks, and pipelines—ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. Communicate with stakeholders
including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure project transparency and alignment.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management , or related field. 5–7+ years
of construction management experience, with a focus on
civil/structural projects . Experience managing
wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, concrete tanks, or pipeline construction .
Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with
building codes and industry standards
(e.g., ACI, ASTM) and applicable safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret complex
engineering drawings and specifications . Strong knowledge of
concrete construction techniques , materials, and testing methods.
