Administrative Assistant
to join their team. This role is essential in keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting office needs, and assisting with projects that drive team engagement and success. What You'll Do: Manage office needs, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory Coordinate events, trainings, and engagement activities Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems (digital and physical) Assist with safety and compliance initiatives Answer and direct phone calls; manage calendars and schedule meetings Greet visitors and provide front desk support Support special projects and provide day-to-day administrative assistance What You Bring: Experience in administrative or customer-facing roles Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport across the team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to keep projects on track Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented work style Benefits: Monday-Friday daytime schedule (no weekends) Opportunity to work in a professional and collaborative environment Potential for career growth within the company
