We are seeking a Product Analyst to join the CX Mobile and Infrastructure Agile Release Trains (ART). This role requires a proactive professional who can take full ownership of a disorganized backlog, work closely with vendor development teams, and ensure Agile/Safe Framework processes are followed.
The ideal candidate will have strong Azure DevOps expertise, experience in the utilities industry, and the ability to guide stakeholders and vendors through backlog priorities and delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities Manage and refine the mobile product backlog in Azure DevOps. Collaborate with business stakeholders, design teams, development teams, and vendors to gather and document requirements in the form of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate meetings to align requirements and priorities across cross-functional teams. Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and deliverables. Support functional testing, UAT, and release readiness activities. Partner with vendors to ensure Agile processes and delivery expectations are met. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including quarterly PI Planning sessions (~100+ ART members in person). Assist with training documentation, business case development, and RFP support. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing changes.
Required Qualifications Azure DevOps (ADO) expertise – backlog management, Agile tracking. Proven ability to own and restructure a disorganized backlog. Utilities industry experience (required). Experience working within the SAFe Framework; SAFe certification or comparable Agile experience preferred. Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation. Experience guiding vendors within Agile delivery environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications Customer service industry experience. Prior experience within large Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Familiarity with PI Planning preparation and facilitation.
