Beacon Hill Legal has partnered with a top national law firm in Minneapolis to find their next Corporate Associate. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of experience advising public companies on corporate governance and securities compliance. In-house experience is a plus but candidates must also have some prior firm experience.
What You'll Do:
Advise public companies on day-to-day securities law matters
Handle corporate crises, executive succession, and shareholder proposals and activism

1900 Billables - with only 1750 being true client billables
