As a Retail Sales Associate, Store-in-Store, you play a vital role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. Your active engagement with customers is crucial to our success. You will act as an ambassador for T-Mobile, fostering excitement around our products and services in a bustling environment where technology is continuously evolving. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with a diverse customer base in a high-traffic retail setting. Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase T-Mobile's value. Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the benefits of T-Mobile products and services. Guide customers through the onboarding process and help them self-serve with the T-Mobile app. Continuously train on in-store experiences, new products, and systems to enhance customer interactions. Maintain communication with nearby store teams to ensure comprehensive customer onboarding. Develop and nurture relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and referrals. Participate in store operations and secure kiosk assets. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Skills and Qualifications: Strong customer satisfaction focus, with a passion for connecting with customers authentically. Ability to balance exceptional customer experiences with performance goals. A competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Other Information: Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. No travel required. Compensation: Base pay starts at $19.00 per hour, in addition to $5.00 per hour in training pay. After 90 days, you will be promoted to the Mobile Expert role with an annual incentive target of $18,000, depending on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, which includes base pay and incentives. Furthermore, every employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
